1 Introduction

Welcome to winpke. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and winpke ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the winpke website located at https://winpke.cam and all associated content, features and services made available through it.

winpke is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform targeting Pakistani users. The Platform provides informational guides, game overviews, bonus summaries and responsible gambling resources relating to online sports betting, live casino, slots and related gaming categories. winpke does not operate a casino or sportsbook directly and does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling page, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and winpke.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the winpke website at https://winpke.cam and all related pages, features and content.
• "User" means any individual who accesses, browses or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered user profile created on the Platform in accordance with the registration process.
• "Content" means all text, graphics, game guides, bonus overviews, data, images, logos and other material published on the Platform.
• "Operator" means any third-party online gaming or betting provider referenced or reviewed on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer, welcome package, free bet, free spin, cashback incentive or loyalty reward offered by an Operator and described on the Platform.
• "Illustrative Figures" means any example amounts, RTP percentages, jackpot values, wagering multipliers or cashback rates presented on the Platform as contextual examples rather than confirmed operator commitments.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion facilities available through an Operator's platform or through recognised responsible gambling organisations.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan.

3 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the winpke Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following any update or amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms are written in English and are intended for Pakistani users accessing the Platform. If there is any conflict between a translated version and the English version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

4 Account Eligibility

To register for and use a winpke account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the licensing jurisdiction of the relevant Operator, whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not be prohibited from accessing online gambling information or entertainment platforms under applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform for a violation of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and keep that information up to date.
• You must not register or attempt to register on behalf of another person without their express knowledge and consent.

winpke explicitly prohibits access to the Platform by minors. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has accessed the Platform, please contact us immediately at the address provided in Section 15.

5 Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. During the registration process, you agree to:

• Provide a valid email address, username and password. Your password must be kept confidential at all times.
• Not share your account credentials with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify winpke immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or any security breach.
• Maintain only one active account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single user is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.
• Not use any automated tool, script, bot or crawler to create accounts or interact with the Platform.

winpke reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, particularly where it suspects fraudulent activity, misuse of the Platform, or a breach of these Terms.

6 Terms of Use

6.1 Permitted Use

winpke grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial information and entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to resell, sublicense, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display or commercially exploit any Platform Content.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

When using the Platform, you must not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its underlying systems, servers or databases.
• Transmit any viruses, malware, ransomware, spyware or other harmful code through the Platform.
• Scrape, harvest or otherwise collect data from the Platform using automated means without prior written consent from winpke.
• Use the Platform to distribute unsolicited commercial communications (spam) to other users.
• Post, upload or transmit any Content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform or its associated infrastructure.
• Circumvent any geo-restriction, IP-blocking or access-control mechanism implemented on the Platform.

6.3 Content Accuracy

All game guides, bonus summaries, RTP figures, jackpot amounts, promotional descriptions and other informational Content on winpke are provided for general information purposes only. winpke makes reasonable efforts to keep Content accurate and current, but does not warrant that all information is error-free, complete or up to date at all times. Users should always verify current terms directly with the relevant Operator before participating in any gambling activity.

7 Deposits & Withdrawals

winpke provides informational guidance on deposit and withdrawal processes associated with third-party Operators. The following terms apply to any transaction-related information published on the Platform:

7.1 Payment Method References

References to payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as familiar Pakistan payment context only. winpke does not claim that any of these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling activities. Availability of specific payment methods depends entirely on the individual Operator and may vary.

7.2 Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits quoted on winpke (for example, "minimum deposit from PKR 500" or "maximum withdrawal of PKR 200,000 per week") are illustrative examples based on publicly available Operator information at the time of writing. Actual limits may differ. Always confirm current limits in the Operator's own Terms & Conditions.

7.3 Processing Times

Estimated processing times for deposits and withdrawals are indicative only. Actual processing times may be affected by the chosen payment method, the Operator's internal verification procedures, banking hours and public holidays in Pakistan or the Operator's licensing jurisdiction.

7.4 Currency

Where amounts are expressed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs), these are provided for local context. Some Operators may process transactions in alternative currencies and apply conversion rates at their discretion. Users should review applicable currency and conversion policies directly with their chosen Operator.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

winpke publishes overviews of bonuses and promotions offered by third-party Operators, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers and VIP loyalty programmes. The following conditions apply to all such content:

• Illustrative Nature: All bonus amounts, wagering requirement multipliers, time limits and eligibility criteria described on winpke are illustrative examples only, unless explicitly confirmed by the Operator in writing. Actual bonus terms are set solely by the relevant Operator and are subject to change without notice.
• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — for example, a deposit bonus may require the bonus amount to be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., 30x or 40x) before withdrawal is permitted. Always read the full wagering terms before accepting any bonus.
• Game Restrictions: Bonuses may be restricted to specific game categories (e.g., slots only, excluding live casino). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement fulfilment. Review the game contribution table in the Operator's bonus terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses are typically valid for a fixed period (e.g., 7 or 30 days from issue). Unused bonuses may expire and be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus Per Household: Most Operators restrict bonuses to one per household, IP address, payment method or device. Attempts to claim bonuses in breach of these restrictions may result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.
• PSL & Cricket Promotions: References to PSL cricket promotions, ICC T20 tournament offers or other sports-specific bonuses are provided for contextual illustration. Availability of such promotions depends on the Operator's current schedule and geographic restrictions.

9 Responsible Gambling

winpke is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all of its content and platform features. Gambling should always be treated as a form of entertainment — never as a source of income, a means of recovering losses, or a coping mechanism for personal or financial difficulties.

9.1 Age Restriction

As stated in Section 4, the Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above — or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's licensing jurisdiction. We actively work to prevent underage access and support all Operators who implement robust age-verification processes.

9.2 Available Tools

winpke encourages all users to make use of the following responsible gambling tools, where available through their chosen Operator:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gambling session, with automatic session-end notifications.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of the time spent gambling during a session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a short break from gambling by temporarily suspending your account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Operator's platform. Self-exclusion requests are typically processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All Content on the winpke Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, page layouts, design motifs and software — is the intellectual property of winpke or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, redistribute or exploit any part of the Platform's Content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of winpke. Limited personal, non-commercial use (such as saving a single page for personal reference) is permitted, provided that all intellectual property notices are retained intact.

The winpke name, logo and all associated brand identifiers are the exclusive property of winpke. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the winpke brand in any manner without prior written authorisation.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winpke, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Content.

This limitation applies to, but is not limited to:

• Any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in Platform Content, including but not limited to bonus terms, RTP figures and payment processing times.
• Any losses suffered as a result of gambling or betting activity undertaken following use of information published on the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any part of it.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data or transmissions.
• Any third-party conduct or content linked to or referenced from the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. winpke makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability or availability of the Platform or its Content for any purpose.

12 Termination

winpke reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive or unlawful conduct on the Platform.
• Any activity that threatens the security, integrity or reputation of the Platform.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a competent authority.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability and dispute resolution clauses — shall continue to apply after termination.

You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us via the details in Section 15. Account deletion requests will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Operator's licensing jurisdiction. winpke does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence and does not represent that these Terms are governed by Pakistani law. Users in Pakistan should be aware of the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any other applicable local legislation.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting winpke directly. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant jurisdiction, unless prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law in your country of residence.

14 Amendments to These Terms

winpke reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where practicable, we will also notify registered users via email or an on-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform.
